WHO: 7th and 8th graders (during the 2024-2025 school year) from Redmond, Juanita,  LW, and Cedarcrest Communities + 8th graders from the Bear Creek and Overlake Schools.

WHERE: Washington Family Ranch - Creekside, Antelope, OR

WHEN: August 5 (leaving around 7am) - August 9 (returning around 7pm)

COST: $903, a deposit of $200 will hold your spot. Due to property limitations and leader availability, all registrants will initially be placed on a waitlist, rather than first come first served. This will give everyone a chance to register and give us an opportunity to ensure that we will have the appropriate number of leaders and spots.

A deposit of $200 will hold your spot on the waitlist (if $200 isn't financially doable at this time, please let us know. We would like to support you). Your card will only be charged (or check deposited) once a spot is granted.

Fundraising Opportunities will be made available as needed. We work hard to ensure that every student who wants to go, can go. We can help coordinate yard work, selling Brown Bear Car Wash tickets, doing one of two Dominos fundraisers, flocking, etc.

Deposits are non-refundable after March 28, 2025. Other payments toward your balance will be refundable until departure for camp.

Notes: any payment beyond $200 will be returned to the payee in the case of non-attendance for any reason; payments & deposits will be refundable if for any reason the week of camp is canceled by Young Life or the camp property; any portion of the camp payment that is fundraised cannot be returned but can be used for future camp trips or passed along to other campers.

After completing this form, a confirmation will be sent with the information you have entered below.

It is a bad assumption that everyone can afford $903 for summer camp. This is the place to let us know if paying the deposit ($200) or the full payment ($903) is not doable for you this year. If your child needs help fundraising via work projects or you would like to request a scholarship, please let us know here. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to help everyone but we can guarantee that we will make an attempt. Also, if you'd like to help others by providing scholarship funds, please let us know that here.

$0.00

$903 is the full camp fee. You will not be charged this amount at this time. Once registrations are confirmed, all check/cash and credit/debit deposits will be processed and you will be charged your deposit amount or full payment amount (whatever you've mentioned above). You will be able to make further payments at any point through the deadline of July 10, 2024 (14 days prior to departure). note: please ensure the email below is the appropriate email for all future communication regarding payment and paperwork.
